Baked Cauliflower with Herbed Chevre

This is a really great, hearty side dish that I came up with myself.

Here goes it:

Baked Cauliflower with Herbed Chevre

  • 1 bag of frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 oz of herbed chevre (goat cheese)
  • 1 Tablespoon of light whipped butter
  • 2 teaspoons greated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Steam or microwave the cauliflower until tender.
  3. Toss the cauliflower with the chevre and butter. Place in a baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes.
The entire recipe is 280 calories. It makes about 3 good-sized side-dishes.
